Greek Chicken Salad

1 lb Chicken Breast
- 1 Lemon, Zested & Juiced
- 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Oregano
- 1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper, to Taste
- Season Chicken Breast with Salt & Pepper, and some of the Lemon Zest.
- Grill Chicken Breast, being sure to cook Chicken through out
- Chop Chicken and Mix with Oregano, Feta, Olive Oil & Rest of the Lemon Zest
