Our Creations

Orange Sauce

  • 2 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 3/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 3 tbsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 cup Ginger
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Combine all ingredients ,except for corn starch and water and reduce by 50%
  • Combine Corn Starch with Water and whisk into simmering sauce
  • Pour Over Cooked Chicken, Pork and Vegetables
