  • 2 ea Butternut Squash Peeled & Cut into 1'' Cubes
  • 1 tbsp Clarified Butter
  • 3 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tbsp Clove
  • 1 tbsp Cardamon
  • 1/8 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 gal Apple Cider
  1. Heat butter in pan, premeasure & combine all spices
