Our Creations

Ginger and Green Apple Chutney

• 2 cups Granny Smith Apples, Peeled and Cut into 1/4'' dice
• 1 ea Lemon Juiced
• 1/2 oz Vegetable Oil
• 1 ea Spanish Onion cut into 1/4'' dice
• 1 tbsp Minced Ginger
• 1 tbsp Black Pepper
• 1 tbsp Salt
• 1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
• 1/2 cup Apple Cider

1. Toss the apples in the lemon juice
2. Heat oil in medium Sized pot
3. Add the apples, salt and pepper, saute for four minutes
4. Add in the vinegar, ginger and cider and reduce by 90%
5. Served warmed or chilled.
